The Mayor and Council voted on May 13, 2024 to increase the water rates and it went into effect on your June 2024 bill. The last water rate increase for the City of Walthourville occurrence in 2012 and this rate increase is necessary due to the economy’s inflationary impact, that all of us have felt over the past few years.
