Citizens are given 3 minutes for comments at each Mayor and Council Meeting. To speak a citizen must complete a Speaker Card with the City Clerk. The Clerk will be available from 5:30 PM-5:55 PM on the day of the meeting for citizens to complete the card. The deadline to submit items to the Office of the City Clerk for the agenda is at noon on Wednesday preceding the Tuesday meeting.
