Elections
The City of Walthourville is governed by a Mayor and five (5) Councilmembers, who each run for a position but are elected by popular vote. City elections are nonpartisan; (ex: candidates do not run as members of a respective political party). Elected Officials serve for terms of four years and until their respective successors are elected and sworn in.
