Attention Citizens Please Read and Plan your Travel

CSX Transportation has just recently scheduled the crossings listed below to be closed for an emergency repair due to an identified track defect on the following schedule:

Liberty County, GA
-Allenhurst-

Dunlevie Road (Off of Hwy 84, near Shelly Rd)

Closing on/around Monday, 11/2/26 @ 9AM
Reopening on/around Wednesday, 11/4/26 by 6PM
*This is a total closure meaning no traffic will be allowed across the track until the work is complete.

-Walthourville-

SR 119 / Talmadge Rd (Hwy 84, near Busbee Rd)
hursday, 11/5/26 @ 9AM
Reopening on/around Saturday, 11/7/26 by 7AM
*This is a total closure meaning no traffic will be allowed across the track until the work is complete.


Signage will be in place marking the closure area and detour route, where available.
